Below are the refund and credit policies we have in place during this crisis. We appreciate all our Pulse families support and understanding during this difficult time. Although we are putting our classes online and thankful that everyone is excited and open to adopt this platform, not all of our services will apply to that. See below for our camp and afterschool refund and credit policy. We have spent a lot of time modelling our policy to be fair to our families and also so that we can also take care of our instructors so that none of them have to be laid off or suffer during this time and to make sure our doors stay open to serve you when this crisis is finally over.
2 weeks of March afterschool will be credited to your April payment. If additional weeks of April afterschool service is suspended then we will credit that to your May payment and so forth. This is to ensure there isn’t a serious disruption to our operations and we can continue to pay our rent and keep our staff from being laid off. If school becomes completely cancelled for the school year, some amounts can be used as afterschool deposit for the September school year and the remaining refunded.
In the event of mandatory school closure we will credit all unused March camp towards your account for any future payment.
We understand that not all of our students will be able to adopt our virtual taekwondo training program. In order to not significantly disrupt our finances, membership credit will be applied to the following month and so forth.
